Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to clothing and merchandise purchased from www.kadalondon.com.

1. Changing your mind

If you buy clothing or merchandise from our website, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have told us you would like to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

  • Your full name.

  • Order number.

  • Item you would like to return.

  • Reason for return, if you would like to provide one.


2. Return condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn.

  • Unwashed.

  • Unused.

  • In a resellable condition.

  • Returned with any original tags, packaging or labels where possible.

Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.

We may reduce your refund if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, stained, marked, altered, smells of perfume, smoke or food, or has clearly been handled beyond what is necessary to check the size, fit or style.


3. Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised, customised or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery.

  • Items returned outside the return period, unless agreed by us.

  • Items without proof of purchase.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect.


4. Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

If the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

If you cancel your whole order within the legal cancellation period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

If you only return part of an order, delivery charges may not be refunded.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photos of the item and packaging, where possible.

If the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, replacement or repair.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.


8. Sale items

Sale items can be returned in line with this Returns Policy unless they are clearly marked as non-returnable and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty sale items may still be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
